Wells Combined School Fall Concert
The cross country team honored the seniors and their parents at their home meet on Friday, October 13th @ Chimney Rock Municipal Golf Course. Congratulations Spencer G. and his parents and Kira B. and her parents!
Picture Day is tomorrow, October 16th. The photographers will start at the elementary @9 am and then will go to the high school. Sports photos will follow the student photos at the high school.

FBLA had a successful Fall Leadership Experience in Elko this week!
The Nevada Cancer Coalition will be at our schools on October 18th to provide a Sun Smart Presentation to our students.
The schedule is as follows:
1:10-1:50 9th -11th Grade
2:00-2:40 7th -8th Grade
3:00-3:40 Elementary School
The Nevada Attorney General's Office is seeking to better understand how Nevada youth use social media and how it impacts their lives. To accomplish this, the Nevada Attorney General's Office has developed the attached brief, optional survey flyer (in English and Spanish).
Staff, teachers, counselors, parents, high school students, and anyone who interacts with Nevada youth, or has an opinion they want to share about the impact of Social Media Platforms on Nevada youth are encouraged to take the survey.

The elementary school recently finished its Read-A-Thon. Total donations received were $3,305. Total minutes read were 52,847. The top reader who raised the most money was Hadley D. with $275. The student who read the most minutes was Mia C. with 1,593 minutes. The class that raised the most money was Mrs. Hansen's with $775 and Mrs. Hansen's class also read the most minutes out of all the classes with 14,5952 minutes read. Congratulations to our elementary!
