Join us for our open house night to meet with your junior high and high school teachers. This is a great opportunity for students to pick up their schedules and visit each of their classes. The event will kick off with a brief meeting, so be sure to arrive on time. We're looking forward to seeing you there!
Wells Combined School will once again be offering breakfast and lunch to all students
however, meals will no longer be free.
The prices for school meals are as follows:
Breakfast $2.65
Elementary lunch $3.40
Intermediate & middle school lunch $3.65
High School lunch $3.90
Adult (ECSD employees) breakfast $3.35
Adult (ECSD employees) lunches $ 4.65

On Thursday, Aug 22, 2024, the Wells Varsity Boys Football team lost their Hall of Fame Game, Honoring Ward Coates & Leon Reyes, against Carlin High School Railroaders by a score of 12-42. The Leopards will take on the Eureka Vandals on Thursday, August 29th in their 1A North League opening game. Kick-off will be @ 7 pm @ Wells High School.

Calling all talented and dedicated junior high track and field athletes. It's that eagerly anticipated time of year again... Junior High Track Season! First practice: Thursday, Aug. 29th, 4 pm ● Meet 1 - 9/13/24 @ Spring Creek High School ● Meet 2 - 9/21/24 @ Spring Creek High School ● Meet 3 - 9/27/24 @ Spring Creek High School ● Meet 4 - 10/4/24 @ Spring Creek High School Meets will start at 9:00 am and the bus will leave Wells HS at 7:15 am Paperwork will be available the first week of school

Hey there, all junior high and high school students! You don't want to miss the chance to hear from the inspiring keynote speaker Dr. David Arencibia on Tuesday, August 20th. The bus will leave Wells High School at 9:30 AM and head to Elko for an engaging one-hour presentation. Six of our new teachers attended RISE Training this week. Mr. Trindle & Mr. MacGregor are ready to bring the excitement and fun to our students for the new year!!
Just a friendly reminder to all parents/guardians: 7th graders need to have their Tdap and Meningitis (MCV4) vaccinations before the start of the 2024-2025 school year. Additionally, 12th graders need to have their 2nd Meningitis (MCV4) vaccination before the school year begins. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Nurse Moriah at 752-3837.
Reminder:
Please come to Wells Elementary School today Wednesday, August 14th, between 12 PM and 3 PM to pick up FREE MEALS for kids aged 2-18. Your child must be present during pick-up.
